Once we’ve nailed down your budget, in Stage 2, it’s time to create a concept design and detailed specification for what you need. This is where the magic happens and it’s what we call CDCA – Concept Design Cost Analysis. See link Why it pays to get a concept design and cost analysis
During this stage, we show you exactly what’s achievable for your nominated budget. It’s a vital first step and sets a baseline which serves as a valuable tool in making important decisions along the way.
To achieve this, we start with a detailed site survey to ensure we design something accurate from the get go. It’s a methodical process, one step at a time, and each element is carefully considered.
We proceed to model the design using the latest technology and 3D software, where we can easily modify or change the design as we go.
